Fix 'Error: reference to subscribe is ambiguous'
subscribe(Consumer)와 subscribe(BiConsumer)가 있고, Log.i(Object), Log.i(String, Object)가 있어서 ambiguous 에러가 발생하는 것을 수정하였습니다.
Replace Observable with ConnectableObservable
현재 코드는 일반적으로 HTTP응답이 오기 전에 subscribe가 다 되기 때문에 정상동작으로 보이지만, HTTP응답이 온 후에 subscribe는 HTTP요청을 다시 보내게 됩니다. 원래 책에서 설명해주신 것처럼 ConnectableObservable로 수정했습니다.
