Support for Block Storage API and basic support for Ceilometer

Hi, I've added support for Block Storage API, and modified the Ceilometer part to use it basically (ie. manually chaining queryParams : q[n] fields and values)

Can this be merged to master. ? I want to use the Cinder API if possible for volume management.
