• add a community opportunities page with role descriptions, onboarding flow, roadmap, and feedback rituals plus a Google Form CTA
• document the volunteer program in docs/community/volunteer-talent-roadmap.md for reuse across announcements
• expose the new hub from the Resources navigation menu for quick discovery

Replace placeholder volunteer form URL with working link

The CTA for the volunteer program points to https://forms.gle/syntaxandsips-community-interest, which does not follow the ID-based path format used by Google Forms and will 404. This means anyone clicking “Apply via Google Form” (in the hero and onboarding sections) cannot submit interest, defeating the main purpose of the new hub. Please swap the placeholder with the actual live form URL before releasing the page.
