Deploys a
River4instance on Heroku with the click of a button (well, actually two, as you have to edit/confirm the configuration parameters / env variables).Add a River4 logo used by the Heroku deploy page.

"logo"(temporary) points to the fork (to be amended in future commit, once this has made/is going to make it in master).
