Code coverage from current tests is being reported as 4%, which doesn't seem right given the number of scribble protocols being parsed, but the parser classes are showing up as 0 testing.

It could be that the coverage is based on unit tests within the same artifact only - so we may need to add some tests locally within the parser module.

DO NOT MERGE YET until there is a better understanding.
