…LD_BORDERS-0.3.shp, TM_WORLD_BORDERS-0.3.shx, TM_WORLD_BORDERS-0.3.dbf, TM_WORLD_BORDERS-0.3.prj, vector.py & test_vector.py : suppression ancien jeu de données ve cteur (fichiers ARRONDISSEMENT.* + vector.*) + ajout de nouveau jeu de fichiers d'entrée vecteur (fichiers vecteur de type geopackage, geojson, shapefile, fichier du descriptor et fichier contenant la liste des chemins des données vecte urs) + vector.py => première version cf: issue #97 "module de chargement de données vecteur" suite nouvelle implémenta tion demandée par Théo datant du 5 juin 2025 + test_vector.py => couverture des tests unitaires et des tests d'intégra tion à 75 % sans compter la partie 'main()' de vector.py
