What does this PR do / why we need it:
Closes GITOPS-5702
Add test to Sequential test suite for verifying Installing OLM Operators using Red Hat OpenShift GitOps
Using helloworld operator as a sample, the operator is installed in openshift-operators ns with suitable checks and comprehensive cleanup.

$ ./bin/ginkgo -v -focus "1-120_validate_olm_operator" -r ./test/openshift/e2e/ginkgo/sequential
