- If the camera supplied a url without a port like this: http://192.168.1.2/onvif/service this would stop the iteration. A url like http://192.168.1.2:80/onvif/service would work, but not all cameras provide a fully qualified url like that. The fix was to use a more robust parsing method like urlparse from urllib.
Fix bug where address+port replacement in url would fail on missing port

I need a solution to controll an AXIS 5915 camera in an environment with no interet and no timeservers.
I tried the parameter adjust_time=True , but no success.
Is there any help possible ?
