This MR rephrases and improves all details around our story behind SharedArrayBuffer and synchronous Atomics operations, providing examples for all possible use cases and introducing the new/latest
service-workerattribute that latest Polyscript brought into the project.This MR should be merged and published once pyscript/pyscript#2128 gets merged and published too.
