I'm testing the code by loading the plugin: https://paas-uom.org/pluginNoveltyTest.js
into this session

But the browser freezes once it loads the image for the initial state. The table appears empty and the initial state doesn't appear as expanded yet. Do you get the same behaviour?

What's the purpose of this variable? I can't see it being used in the code
