@dmolineus This sadly still installst phpunit 9 instead of phpunit 10. Maybe you can suggest some solution to me how we can make this installable. |

This allows phpunit 10 and also adds an experimental approach to install the plugin via inlined repository to allow changes in tool requirements during development.
