add instructions for fixing broken microusb port

Added instructions for how to fix a broken microusb port. Extra changes:

• changed the order of the edison.md page, because the structure was not ok
• I added a USB battery section, because I didn't want to link to the deprecated PI page and the TechNet battery is only available on amazon.co.uk and not on amazon.com

@danamlewis can you review this? Feel free to do text suggestions, because I'm not a native speaker.
