PR builds deploy to /www/mie-docs/public/{branch-name}/ but folders were never removed when PRs closed, accumulating over 100+ stale directories.

Changes

Automatic cleanup on PR close (.github/workflows/pull_request.yml)

• Added closed event type to PR triggers
• New cleanup job extracts branch name from github.head_ref and removes folder
• Sanitizes branch names (replaces / with -) to match filesystem naming
• Skips build job when github.event.action == 'closed'

Scheduled cleanup for orphaned folders (.github/workflows/cleanup_stale_pr_folders.yml)

• Weekly cron (Sundays 2 AM UTC) + manual workflow_dispatch trigger
• Fetches open PRs via GitHub API, compares against /www/mie-docs/public/ folders
• Removes folders without corresponding active PRs (preserves master)
• Uses readarray for proper bash array handling from JSON

Security

• Explicit permissions blocks on both jobs (principle of least privilege)
• contents: read for cleanup job, pull-requests: read for scheduled job

Documentation

Added CLEANUP_DOCUMENTATION.md with technical details, troubleshooting guide, and maintenance procedures. Updated README.md with workflow overview.
