When the leg length measure targets are applied, the basemesh no longer has its feet on the ground. Hence the need for this action.

I see no harm in adding this, since it doesn't happen automatically. But I think the description should be extended with a warning that all transforms will be applied if using the operator, as this might come as a surprise otherwise. I'll add a few more comments in the issue report |

And oh, if the base mesh has a parent (usually a rig), then it is the rig that should be translated, not the base mesh. Otherwise, the base mesh will be shifted away from the rig, which will be strange when posing. |

Added feet_on_ground function in HumanService.
Added action "Make feet touch the ground" in Model tab.
