This adds docs for external community plugins.
I'm marking this as a draft. If you like the idea, I'll open documentation pull requests for each of the external repos added.
I see update_community_docs.py as a simpler solution to git submodules, especially since submodules would add "docs" (or MQ2DanNet/docs) to each url. Still easy enough to change to submodules if there's a preference.
