The topologies add support for: RT721 multi-function codec on sound link 3, RT1320 amplifiers sharing the same sound link 3. The sof-ptl-rt721-l3-rt1320-l3-4ch includes the PCH_DMIC and SSP2-BT support. Signed-off-by: Mac Chiang <mac.chiang@intel.com>

This topology add multi-lanes rt721 codec on sound link 3 and rt1320 amplifers on soundwire link 3 sharing the same link, without/with PCH_DMIC support.
