Update _chinese_base.yml

Incorporates CC-CEDICT update from 1/31/26 (https://www.mdbg.net/chinese/dictionary?page=cedict). This removes a number of terms that contained an extraneous hyphen (e.g. 中时 -> "zhong shi" rather than "zhong - shi").

Thanks for the update, @tventimi . As a notice, I will probably move _chinese_base.yml to chinese.yml, as with the phasing out of the numerals overlay, the latter is just an empty shell inheriting from the base. I will let you know when that will be ready for merging.
