Note

Low Risk
Primarily a version/documentation bump plus additive response fields; low risk aside from any downstream code depending on strict struct shape or JSON field metadata.

Overview
Bumps the SDK release from 0.31.1 to 0.32.0 and updates release metadata/docs (CHANGELOG.md, README.md, internal/version.go, .release-please-manifest.json, .stats.yml).

Extends the auth response models AuthAgent and ManagedAuth to include can_reauth_reason, surfacing why automatic re-authentication is (not) possible (and adds corresponding JSON field metadata).
