Nextjs + Prisma example

I hope you are well. First and foremost, this PR/branch shows how one can add a backend using Prisma. For starters, maybe you want to create a different branch? This will allow guys to browse through the various codebases based on their interest's tech stack. After this we can point this PR against that branch.

Here is a lowdown of what this PR does;

• Introduces Prisma onto the codebase
• Enables users to use a local SQLite file as their database provider
• Enables users to be able to view/edit/add data to their backend using prisma studio
• Shows how one can seed data
• Updates the UI views to read data from the backend
• Shows how developers can swap to a Postgres dialect as their database provider

Let me know what your thoughts are on this.
