Overall, this looks good to me content-wise but it's too dev-specific to be placed there in the navigation. Could you merge this with https://docs.interlay.io/#/developers/api please? This is where we point the wallet developers and exchanges at the moment.

I think the address formatting and some of the fee details are important for non-devs, see also the Acala and Polkadot docs linked above. Agree that the Rust snippet can be merged into the dev docs though.
