Description
This pull request makes the search console plugin show an error notification if it fails to fetch when logging in. It had no error message before. Something I noticed while working on #541
Also added .env to .gitignore and replaced the loading state with a spinner for consistency with other plugins.
Testing
VITE_LOCAL=true yarn devand try to log in. You should see an error if the worker is not running locally.
