We should probably leave this here but deprecated for a fairly long time, at least a month or so. Otherwise PRs on tracks will fail unless they're all rebased. We could add a warning to the action too, though I'm not sure people read them. |

My preference for this PR would be that we add the note to both READMEs but leave the action so that it doesn't break non-rebased PRs. Then we can delete the rest of it a few months from now (or never, idc) |
