Beginnings of support for reading ELF binaries, needed for typemaps and friends
Better do it now and save time converting all the stuff later
It can render text as markdown with: * standard markdown markup * no markup at all * color instead of markup

An application that will replace separate utilities we've had
in our tree. It will allow for reading information about the
application as a whole, access assemblies from assembly stores to
extract and uncompress them, show information about typemaps etc
etc.
Better description will come when it's time to open the PR for review.
