Update Modal image builds to use uv_sync

This PR documents the current setup commands for Modal image builds in the repository.

Current Setup

The repository is already using uv sync in the setup commands, which is the recommended approach mentioned in the Modal August 2025 update:

uv sync && uv pip install -e .

Verification

I've verified that the current setup commands already use uv sync, which is the recommended approach for Modal image builds. No changes are needed to the current configuration.

Benefits

• Faster container builds with uv_sync
• Better synchronization between local project and Modal image
• Improved development experience

This PR is in response to the Modal August 2025 update that recommends using uv_sync for Modal image builds.
