TODO: Im BO Marktlokation ist ebenfalls noch das Attribut "istUnterbrechbar" vorhanden. Der DocString im Zaehlwerk hat sich darauf bezogen, ob die Malo unterbrechbar ist. In der Lokationszuordnung werden u.a. Malo und TechnischeRessource miteinander verbunden. Kann dann hier das Feld isUnterbrechbar auch aus der Marktlokation entfernt werden? |

Im Bo4e-Workshop wurde folgendes beschlossen
Attribut "istFernschaltbar" muss aus dem BO Zaehler in das BO TechnischeRessource verschoben werden.
Attribut "istUnterbrechbar" muss aus dem COM Zaehlwerk in das BO TechnischeRessource verschoben werden.
