Description
Adds CODEOWNERS file to assign code ownership to the IAM protocols team. This repository was previously assigned to
@auth0/product-security-engineerbefore CODEOWNERS was removed in #112.The repository is now owned by the IAM protocols team and this change establishes the appropriate code ownership for review and maintenance.
