TAJO-2120 Change tajo.master.info-http.address and tajo.master.info-http.address.context.path for tajo-site.xml

add tajo.master.info-http.address and tajo.master.info-http.address.context.path with tajo-site.xml.
Because of users want to change tajo-master-webui address, port and context-path.

But, there are some broken links as follows.

• In the cluster page, all links to tajo masters, query masters and nodes are broken.
• In the query detail page, all links to task history are broken.

tao-site.xml.template should be simplification.
Most case info server configuration are not changed. If you are add the description in tajo docs, it will be better
