Rationale for this change

Implement missing functionality to list soft-deleted blobs in azblob.

What changes are included in this PR?

  • New AzblobConfig boolean parameter enable_soft_deletes indicating whether soft delete feature is enabled for the container.
  • Azblob lister now allows listing with deleted(true)

Are there any user-facing changes?

op.list_with(&file_path).deleted(true)

is now available with Azblob when AzblobConfig::enable_soft_deletes is true.

AI Usage Statement

Used Claude Code with its default model (Claude Sonet) to generate the code and to learn the codebase better.
