Fileshed simplifies how you work with your large language model (LLM). With its user-friendly WebUI, you can manage files, use SQLite for data storage, and enjoy collaboration with others. Follow these steps to set up Fileshed on your computer.
Before you begin, ensure your system meets the following requirements:
- Operating System: Windows, macOS, or any Linux distribution
- Memory: At least 4 GB of RAM
- Storage: Minimum 500 MB of free space
- Browser: Latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari

Visit the Releases Page
Click the link below to go to the Fileshed downloads page:

Choose the Right Version
On the releases page, you will see different versions of Fileshed. Look for the latest stable release, typically marked with "Latest" next to the version number. -
Select Your Operating System
Find the download that matches your operating system. For example, if you are using Windows, download the.exefile. If you are using macOS, download the.dmgfile. -
Download the File
Click on the link to start the download. Your browser will save the file in your default download location.
Once the file is downloaded, locate it in your downloads folder:
