In a previous, now closed, PR I pushed a fix for a specific ssl problem that had a much simpler fix that also solved an issue I found in the ch_02 example, namely deleting all of the
Cargo.lockfiles and addingCargo.lockto the repos.gitignore. This allows for dependencies of included crates to be updated to fixes automatically.This PR does that.
