This PR adds the required section to the
pyproject.tomlwhich allows users to set up an environment with the package manger uv. In particular, dependencies are moved fromrequirements.txttopyproject.toml. It is possible to separate the dependencies into a standard section and a dev section if this is something we want.I can confirm that the code here also means that all requirements are now installed when installing the package by running
pip install -e .Whilst we are here, I was wondering if there might be a need to bump any of the minimum versions of our packages. What do you think?
