This does the job well, I have a couple of thoughts based on my graph here:

• Is there a way to use more of the canvas - there's a fair bit of white space at the top and to the right?
• The 1e-6" labels on the left hand side do not clearly match up to a row of plots. Is it possible to align them with the centre of the corresponding row?
• Some of the axis values (e.g., x axis of bottom left plot) show the numbers running into each other. Can you do anything to prevent this?

I'm also finding it runs very slowly for me on my machine using pycharm in windows, but I think that problem is on my end.

I have made the figure size closer to a square to reduce white space on right but I can't do more as compacting the layout destroys the look of the plot for large number of params and affects performance
