At the request of @lalooten, a feature ported from "Tensorino":
it can be very convenient to allow for more general "permutations" of the dims at virtually no extra cost.
I would be happy to add this to
permutedims, but for now I simply added a newreindexdimsfunction to allow for the functionality of missing or repeated entries in the permutation, which would signify broadcasted or reduced dimensions in a very "generalized einsum notation"-esque way.
