Does this not work on Dolphin? |

It does not. You can make it work on Dolphin by disabling IOS patching but I think it defeats the purpose of the homebrew (using it in Dolphin means you have the NAND backup, and in that case just use the desktop version instead) |

We use Dolphin to validate apps |

I don't know then, the problem is that making it work with Dolphin will prevent it to work with a real console, at least for now. If its only for app validating I can add some debug mode but you'd need to enable it and recompile the app |

Note: filename.oscmeta is the slug of the application you are submitting. This slug is used to locate files such as "/apps/slug/boot.dol" and "/apps/slug/meta.xml" in the final archive generated by this manifest. These files should be available at this location.
nReader is a Wii homebrew utility that cross-checks
/sys/uid.sys,/title, and/ticket, and sends the collected data to https://nreader.eu.This allows the user to access a human-readable table summarizing the history of their console.
The application is designed for technical inspection and archival purposes.
No system files are modified, and no sensitive data (e.g. console keys) is used.
Only a JSON table containing, for each entry in
/sys/uid.sys, the title ID, title status, and ticket status is sent.
