This PR cleans up redundant closure parameter type annotations (avoid_types_on_closure_parameters) and restores strong typing via generic callback signatures so that
dart analyze --fatal-infossucceeds.Also updates pubspec.lock Flutter SDK upper bound (<4.0.0).
