• I am OK with the README.md changes.
  As long as we have no agreement on the format for figures/diagrams I'd rather not commit .odp or .pdf files. Additionally these just show up as blobs in the repo which is not very useful for iteration. The problem mentioned in This is an update to the problem process workflow and to terminology. #4 with overlapping arrows still exists and there are a couple of typos.
  I would recommend to separate the README.md changes from the workflow diagram. Once we have an agreement on format then these can be re-submitted in the appropriate format.
• I'm looking for something that integrates well with github, but not finding anything magical yet. One I've seen which is promising based on an example they cite: https://github.com/lift/lift/tree/master/framework/lift-base/lift-json. This is Sketchboard, I didn't research enough to see if it is actually free for our level of usage. Some notes here: http://blog.sketchboard.io/2014/03/06/github-sketchboard.html.
