I am OK with the README.md changes. As long as we have no agreement on the format for figures/diagrams I'd rather not commit .odp or .pdf files. Additionally these just show up as blobs in the repo which is not very useful for iteration. The problem mentioned in #4 with overlapping arrows still exists and there are a couple of typos. I would recommend to separate the README.md changes from the workflow diagram. Once we have an agreement on format then these can be re-submitted in the appropriate format. |

I'm looking for something that integrates well with github, but not finding anything magical yet. One I've seen which is promising based on an example they cite: https://github.com/lift/lift/tree/master/framework/lift-base/lift-json.
