Updated replies.go to include "nightly" in list of terms to respond to after "1.16". Also edited reply message now that 1.16 is supposedly in development.

TBH “check #announcements for development updates & nightly builds” kinda sounds like nightlies are already available.
Saying “1.16 is in development” could be misleading too, since it isn't being actively worked on and there is a lot of work to be done before even the first unstable nightly can be built/run.
