Resolves #289
Needed away to to check if
ZZSRV6XMLSERVICE test service program was available before running the*.addReturntest cases. If its unavailable the test case will be skipped. In doing so I updated the checkObjectExists.js helper function signature. I needed a way to to pass the library the object resides rather than always usingNODETKTESTlibrary. The skippediSql.*test cases are commented out for now.
