What does this PR do?
This PR enabled NDK crash reports to be collected and sent to Datadog on React Native applications.
From now on, setting the rumConfiguration option
nativeCrashReportEnabled: truewill enable dd-sdk-android's NDK crash reporter.Motivation
NDK crashes are not being reported by the React Native SDK.

This was tested by causing a cpp crash and checking that the error does appear on the Dashboard:
