Implement native literalEval() in concorejava and update the Dockerfile for Dockerfile for java

I have done 2 changes:

• Updated Dockerfile base image to the production-ready eclipse-temurin:17-jdk-alpine as previous base image openjdk is deprecated.
• implemented native Java parser in concoredocker.java (I could have used some third-party java library like jackson for this, but since the already present code avoids using any of those, i just used built the parser natively this will avoid any unnecessary bloating during installing)

Also I have tested this manually:
