Fuzz tests with a single
byte[]parameter now also use the mutation framework by default.This allows Jazzer annotations to be used in this setting as well.
To use classsic mode, set environment variable
JAZZER_MUTATOR_FRAMEWORKto 0.See discussion in #1022 for more background.
