Fix 3 bugs: incorrect Firebase initialization, server API key leakage, and XSS vulnerability, along with related TypeScript type corrections.
The Firebase fix prevents double-initialization and SSR errors. The API key fix enhances security by ensuring sensitive keys are not exposed client-side. The XSS fix mitigates injection risks when rendering user-provided content. Additional type fixes were necessary to ensure a successful build after these changes.
