It is based much more on how one answers questions, as to not bias certain answering styles.

If I understand correctly, this makes it so that answering "Neutral" doesn't change your scores whatsoever, and answering "Strongly Agree" versus "Agree" changes the weight of the question, rather than as a "75%" option? |

Yes, that is what it does. It may need to be a little more sophisticated, but that can only come out of testing. |
