This PR builds on PR #626 and adds support for array parameters as input parameters, output parameters, and return values. I can resubmit it if/when that PR is accepted, but for now it's diffed against master so the commit looks bigger than it actually is.
A test project with many tests is available at https://github.com/dfb/uepy_test_prjs/tree/master/array_params
In order to get the tests to pass, I had to also implement a fix for bug #632.
