Java 25 support for `spring-cloud-function-adapter-azure`. (Azure containerised Durable function)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Our application relies on features and improvements introduced in Java 25, and spring-cloud-function-adapter-azure does fail with major 69 not supported. As Microsoft base image for java 25 function app is available, we want to move to that for resolving Debain vulnerabilities due to older image.

Availability of Java 25 for spring-cloud-function-adapter-azure.

Describe alternatives you've considered
For now, we are sticking to the older image as runtime GA is not available on the base image.
