plotGeneCopy with logr does not work

Hi Copykit people, thank you very much for the nice tool. plotGeneCopy is working only with integer or segment ratio but not with logr. it would be great if it is available as well for logr. It could be also more informative than segment ratios alone. Thank you again.

Thank you, it is a good point. It really should. Will try to make the function a bit more flexible.
