Description of the bug

[NOTE] Initially found on Architectury, but applies to all in project creation wizard. I couldn't pick a suitable target application to report.

Issue : When dropdown button is clicked, the scroll is locked and scrollbar disappears
Possible Issue (?) : The dropdown button (onclick)

Steps to reproduce

1. Click New Project
2. Choose new wizard (even buggy for Old Wizard)
3. Click on any dropdown on any project types
4. The scroll bar will disappear, and the scroll will be locked.
