Bug: RotationLock does not work

What happened?

Fresh install of latest modern release on 1.21.5 Fabric, with Fabric API and Fabric Language Kotlin mods, and Baritone for 1.21.5. RotationLock just doesn't lock at all

What should have happened?

It should lock

This is an issue with the default config. Fixed.
