Docker-Container running as "root"

The eramba app in 

```yaml
    containers:
      - name: eramba
        image: ghcr.io/eramba/eramba:latest
```

is running as `root`!
ImhO this is a security issue.
We wanted to run it in our kubernetes environment, but the policies forbid that, therefore we had to choose a completely different setup just for that tool.

It would be nice to change the docker-image so it runs as non-root.
