Description
I've the following issue trying to start a new fresh installation in docker from eramba project.
After clone the repository and adjust some .env variables I want to start the project with
docker compose -f docker-compose.simple-install.yml up --build -d
after startup the database the eramba container starts proper but hangs on restart-loop with the following error:

I've tried different things to fix:
- deleted all volumes (also from another older instance)
- changed the whole project to a new folder so the docker compose logic won't use any old volumes
- started the database first, dropped the eramba-DB and started the other containers afterwards
Actually nothing helps. Can you double check this? Maybe there is a blocking migration in the latest image?
